S Signals.

Signals is the eighth and last BEARINGS letter — the final piece of the Assess plan before Gate B. It defines how the program will be measured once it goes live: the leading indicators during hypercare, the lagging benefit KPIs, and the review cadence that keeps both visible.

Purpose

Without Signals, "it went live" is where the program story ends. Signals extends it through hypercare and into Embed. WS10 Evaluation Plan names the leading and lagging indicators, the thresholds that trigger action, and the reviews where the indicators get inspected — so the benefit claim from Aims has a tracking mechanism, not a hope.
