N Navigation.
Navigation is the sixth BEARINGS letter — the first post-Gate A cluster in Assess. It turns the approved option into a sequenced delivery plan — not a Gantt chart of tasks, but a set of ship-able slices organized around the outcomes the program is chasing.
Purpose
Navigation answers: given that Gate A approved Option B, how do we actually ship it? WS07 Strategy Table breaks the work into strategy slices — each slice delivering a coherent piece of the outcome, with a rough sequencing and a rationale for the order. The slices feed the WBS and the backlog; the sequencing feeds the schedule.

Where it fits
Navigation sits post-Gate A, pre-Gate B, as the first of the N · G · S cluster that flows into the FD (Part B). It feeds the schedule, the WBS, and the backlog — and also feeds Governance (who's accountable for which slice) and Signals (what each slice should demonstrate).
